Gutter Leakage

The gutter is leaking on the 69 Bartlett side.  During heavy rain, water pours off the roof, over the gutter, and into the lawn.  Feel free to comment if you have any ideas about what the problem is and/or what can be done.  Here's a movie (14 Mb).
